• Customer meaning persons purchasing a product from Airyfairy Creations.

 

General Terms

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at anytime for any reason.

• Product pricing and avaliability are subject to change without notice at any time.

• Resale of the items purchased from our business, either in person or from an online platform is prohibited. Except in the circumstance of previously aquired permission from us.

• Before completing a purchase from our business, you as the consumer are responsible for reading the full product description before committing to the purchase of any item(s).

• We have the copyright to the content on this website inclusive of all uploaded files, images, writen text and logos.

 

 

Accuracy Of Content & Liability

     We try to take proper care in ensuring all information appearing on our website is correct and most accurate. However, we cannot guarantee or accept any legal liability towards the accuracy or currency of anything within this website or affiliations.

     We are not liable for any damages due to the inproper use or care of items purchased from us.

 

 

Postage

     We currrently only post within Australia and parcels are posted using Australia Post. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

     For delivery estimates, please email us directly. You can view delivery estimates on the Australia Post website.

     Orders will begin production once funds have been cleared into our account. As our products are Print On Demand items, please factor in time for production of 1-3days (longer for large orders). Parcels will then be posted at our earliest convenience.

Returns & Refunds

     If at all you are not satisfied with your product, please reach out by email

               airyfairycreations@outlook.com

     Returns and refunds will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis and will only be accepted on purchased items under any of the follow conditions.

Broken or damaged, incorrect size, or items not matching the product description (excluding customised products).

Items broken or damaged through shipping require photographs to be taken of such items and sent to the following email within 24hour after parcel delivery.

     Products approved to be returned to us will be at the cost of the customer and need to be retuned within 30 days after delivery to receive a full refund. Items returned after the 30 days will only receive a 50% refund, and items received after 60 days will receive no refund. Refunds will be processed after items have been received by us. We do not refund postage costs or return postage costs.

     Returns due to a change of mind or items purchased on sale will not be accepted, so please consider your purchases carefully.

Customised Products

     Custom products where an image is used, the image must be owned by the customer. Orders found to be using copyrighted images will not be created and a refund will be organised. Furthermore, we cannot use images of product or brand logos that are not owned by the company or individual purchasing products from us.

     As customised products cannot be onsold, we retain a strict no refund policy on such products, unless in cases of broken or damaged items.

     Customers wishing to cancel orders containing customised items must notify us immediately. Once production on custom items has started, we cannot cancel items we have begun making. In such circumstances where part of the order has been made, we will offer a partial refund. These will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis.

     We are not liable for custom orders where faults are made due to customer error (e.g. incorrect spelling or poor image quality) and no refund will be permitted.
